Thank you for choosing Pre Order by Nahar. Every product is specially ordered with care, just for you. Since we work on a pre-order basis, we kindly ask you to read our return and refund terms before confirming your order.

We Believe in Transparency & Trust
Each item is brought in based on your specific choice. That’s why all orders are considered final once confirmed.

Return is Possible Only If:

•You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

•The product must be checked in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery; only then will a return be accepted.

Refund is Applicable If:

The ordered item becomes unavailable or undeliverable due to supplier issues.
In such cases, we’ll issue a full refund within 5-7 working days.

Important Notes:

•Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered for return.

•Please confirm the size properly before placing your order. Once we deliver the selected size, any size-related issues will not be eligible for return.

•Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless it’s our fault.
