📦 Order Processing & Shipping Time

Pre-order products are shipped after the items arrive from our suppliers, typically within 20 to 25 business days depending on the product and supplier location.

🚚 Delivery Within Bangladesh

Standard Delivery Time (after product arrives in Bangladesh): 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Charges:
Inside Dhaka: 100 Taka
Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka
(Delivery charges may vary slightly depending on package weight/size.)

📍 Order Tracking

Once your product arrives and is ready for local dispatch, we will notify you with a tracking number (if applicable) or courier details so you can track your parcel easily.

As we deal in pre-orders, advance payment may be required for certain items or bulk orders.

Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. While we always aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays (e.g., customs or logistics issues) may occur and we’ll keep you updated.
